The Lafayette Soccer Club offers the highest level of non-school sponsored soccer in the area.

The coaches willingly offer their time and energy in order to have competitive teams.  Players must also be willing to give their time and energy to have a successful team.  This includes being at practices and making games a top priority.  This does not mean that players cannot have other interests, only that soccer be given equal opportunity.  Remember, soccer is a team sport.  Without everyone at practices, a team cannot function as team on game day.  It has been estimated that it takes a million touches to become comfortable with handling a soccer ball.

The Lafayette Soccer Club is run by board members who donate their time to organize and administer the teams and the coaches are volunteers who donate their time to coach.  It takes effort on everyone's part  (board, parents, players, and coaches) to have a successful program.

A typical season consists of approximately 10 games.  A spring season begins in early to mid March and continues until late May.  A fall season begins in late August and continues until late October.

Away games are usually within a 90 minute drive of Lafayette.
